  • If you want to get wowed, motivated and energized; you should invite Susie V and the Zumba Gold Group (SOS Dance Crew) to share their energy with you. They are a group of seniors ranging from ages 60+ to 88 years of age. What impressed us most in our community was how synchronized they were and how they all mastered the choreography.  As the Activities Director, I was embarrassed that I couldn’t keep up with this group of seniors, and because of that, I am motivated to get back into dancing and can only wish to have the same energy this Zumba Gold Group shared with us at Cranbrook Senior Living of Tustin. So, if you would like to have some fun, you should contact Susie, so she can coordinate her Zumba Gold Group to share their energy with your seniors.
