Balance for Seniors – Understand Aging and Exercises for Core, Flexibility, and Stability
www.BalanceforSeniorsBook.com

“This book is perfect for my needs. I love the fact we can download exercises and that the appendix shows what exercises are best for each part of my day. I am at an age where my balance is not the best, so this book came in time! The fact that Susie not only is helping us with physical work but that she addresses the mental part as well.”

“Wow! This book couldn’t have come at a more perfect time for me! Now in my 55+ years and just diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and arthritis in my lower back…I need this book! I’m gingerly stepping into these exercises, as I recognize that lack of core strength is a major reason for my back problems. This book clearly and compellingly describes why balance and core strength are so important as we age.”

THE Perfect guide to simple exercises with illustrations and instructions that are easy to follow. There is even a PDF to download and print off that creates an 8 1/2″ x 11″ paper guide to use easily at home.
