Great gentle 30-minute yoga class by Susie.
Susie has taught yoga for 40 years and, for the past 13 years, taught an intentionally gentle class
for everyone, including seniors. Susie guides every move clearly while also sharing when to inhale
and when to exhale. By focusing on how you use your breath while doing yoga stretches, you get
a much better flexibility and calm.
This class is on the floor, but Susie has a Chair class as well.
